You + Me = We

“You + Me = We” Campaign for Children’s Tuition will give children the opportunity to remain in our child development program when their families don’t qualify for government assistance.

In order for a family to receive assistance for child care at St. Vincent’s or Marillac, all household adults must be working or in school full-time.  This subsidy is empowering and allows them to provide for their children or grandchildren. Due to the budget crisis families who previously qualified for assistance are no longer eligible. Example, a single-parent household with two children could go from paying $219 per month to $1,720 per month, despite their stagnant income.  With your help, and the help of other  generous donors, we will be able to put an end to the struggle that so many families face.
